Great Book -- Read is Fast and then Read it Slowly

The book is a short "one flight" read that reinforces time-honored leadership principles and challenges others. Daren Martin masterfully weaves together lessons from business, the military, sports and ancient proverbs. "A Company of Owners" is full of clever sound bites that truly provoke deeper introspection into how to revitalize and enable the people in your organizations. My advice -- read it once fast and read it over and over again in small doses to truly reflect on the insights within.
